On Usergroup Change - Send Pm/Email

This modification has been requested many times I've seen on .org. I decided to figure it out on my own and release it to everyone even though I really don't have time to be coding lately.

Description:
This hack allows a PM or Email to be sent to a user upon usergroup change from the ADMINCP.

Installation:
Just import the product, configure the settings & your done!

Note:

So, will this send out the email if the usergroup is changed automatically -- like when a subscription changes it? Is it only on the Primary usergroup, or any usergroup?

lol... this is exactly what I need and I also have an 'elite member' group

Will it also send the auto pm when the user has buyed a subscription with paypal and the group is changed automatically?

Also is it possible to make it send only for the 'elite member' (or payed) group so the pm can be customized for that? Or send a different pm for that group and the simple one for others?

Not bad; it can only indicate the name of the usergroup changed to for Primary User Group changes.

No big deal. I just removed the name from the PMs / E-mails.

how come i edit the vboption and upload the product, it still doesn't work
. or should i update counter too?
