World of Warcraft [item]-bbcode.

This is in reply to this thread.

Download the product-itemstats.xml, vb_itemstats.php and 'itemstats_1.2.zip'.
Unzip itemstats_1.2.zip to your forum-root (ie http://your.site.tld/forum/itemstats), and follow the basic setup instructions in doc/config.txt.

Copy vb_itemstats.php into your itemstats-folder.

Paste the following two lines into the bottom of your headinclude-template

<link rel="stylesheet" href="itemstats/templates/itemstats.css" type="text/css">
<script type="text/javascript" src="itemstats/overlib/overlib.js"><!-- overLIB (c) Erik Bosrup --></script>

Lastly, upload the product-itemstats.xml into your product manager, and you should be all set.

Link items with [item]Item name[/item].
The first time the item is loaded might take some time, as it fetches info from allakhazam.com. From then on it will be cached in the database, and should load instantly.

I guess I chose the worst time ever to post this mod, but anyways. My wrapper still works, but due to the update over at allakhazam.com, the underlying script, broke.

The only thing you should need to do to make it work with uncached items are applying the fixes from here and here

Interesting, they changed the xml output at alla? I didn't even notice all my other alla dependent scripts seem to be working fine still

Top work users love it, just one question how hard would it be to do a bbcode button for this?

Works just fine, just for some items like "Nemesis Robes" the text is no longer wrapped and it looks all messy.

Any idea how to fix that ?

Edit: Ok managed to fix the wrapping issue it seems, by applying the fixed in the thread (i suck for not reading it). But the text inside the box still looks messy.

Sparks, I've followed your installation notes and it works great within my actual forums section - everything works great, rollovers are fine etc.

But for some reason when it ports to my news on my homepage (in Badvanced) it doesnt display the rollovers.... any hints? Page loads fine, just the rollover feature isnt working.

The error message I'm getting in internet explorer is 'VAUTO is undefined', followed by Object expected... not sure if that helps.
