how can I read the thread if I can't access the site ?
it's giving me 403 forbidden!

Tell Internet Explorer to use HTTP 1.1 natively and through Proxy Servers and you can connect.

why not also do a DNS flush?

start >> run >> "ipconfig /flushdns"

I have a crappy ISP. Sometimes I cannot access my own sites...
