What this is and does
LDM is a general-purpose tool for managing libraries of links and files, and handling uploads and downloads in a flexible way, while tracking and control user access. It has a range of integrated media players and a large library of 'plugin' extras.
Installation and Usage Explained in the on-line Wiki, with a brief explanation in the file instructions.txt in the release zip. The recent revision history is given in the first post of this thread.
Please use carefully and always backup your database before upgrading. Post reports of problems and suggestions for enhancements in this thread.
14.06.09 Version 2.3.0 is now the the officially-supported version. Works with 3.7 and vb 3.8. Please post comments in this thread
22.06.08 Version 2.2.9-post1 - This is the previous supported version. Works fine with all versions of vb 3.6 and vb 3.7. All standard features except profile integration and forum prefix selection work fine with vb 3.8.

How can I change the width of the atribut 'idtag' ?
because I have for exemple:
artist
***********
***
But I want
artist
**************
I have a featur request :
Is it possible if 'inlineJWplayer_active' is active, if we do a clic left, the audio is opening in the jukebox. I woul'd like that beacause I have wimpy and in wimpy there is the time of the audio.
Can you add 'force_saveas' in the option of the categorie or can we choose the extension who works with 'force_saveas'.
Forgive me if this has been answered. I cannot find any reference.
I allow people on my site to download photos but would like to also require them to upload. I'd like to have a "share ratio" similar to that on some Torrent sites i've seen. Is there any provision for that or any way to currently do that? I'm using version 2.2.9 post 2.

There is no way to require uploads in order to download. I believe there is a mod in the LDM extras folder where you can require certain # of posts before users are allowed to download - that's it.
Andrew, i would like to have a message to downloaders, since i am only uploading downloading .txt files i would like a mandatory instruction on what to do after downloading the .txt file, how would i incorporate that or could you explain how to get the message in the box that houses my allowances for uploads and downloads?
I just noticed that Unregistered users are getting a Category does not exist error message.
Check out http://www.norcalmotocross.com/forum/local_links.php to see the error. I did a search of this thread and found one post, but I already have additional attribues turned off. I am still seeing the problem.
