HelpCenter is a support ticket system made for vBulletin. It allows you to manage your members questions much easier, saving you the hassle of going through emails and private messages.

Features

* Automatic Template Edits
* Turn HelpCenter ON/OFF and display a custom message.

Installation Instructions


[] Upload all the files from the Upload folder.
[] Import product-helpcenter.xml via the AdminCP.
[] Set Permissions for each usergroup via the AdminCP for HelpCenter.
[] Set Departments up via the AdminCP for HelpCenter.

Just one question more .. why is message box for guest users so small? can we make this message box biger ? that is relplay message box - guest user

When viewing the ticket reply window in IE I notice that the reply window is not fully open. In firefox it is fine.





Edit:::: didnt even see that someone just posted the same question..hehe

It definitely isn't that small on our dev board. Do you have ads down FORUMHOME? Is your forums width shortened in anyway?

no adds in forumhome ...and can just say that in firefox is ok (just what fxlr8 wrote before...)mean message box.. but in IE is so small!

edit: have IE 7 and windows vista SP1

Hey Guys..

I created a test ticket and I was never notified that there was a ticket.

I set the admin to email and PM. Am I doing something wrong? I just want to make sure it's not on my end. I so love this mod!

installation link? what you mean with that? you can come and use admin account ... you know password and username!
