is there anyway to have say 2 options on the top of the forums that will say Layout : Normal | Columns.
So when i click normal it will go to normal and stay normal. If i click columns it will stay columns
You can disable the mod in specific styles.
So create new style, and disable this mod in it. Then you will have 2 styles, one with columns and one without.
Then just add the links to replace styles. Not should be such a problem.

Having duplicates of the styles would be too much of an issue. Needing to edit everything that i modify. Postbit, forumhome, navbar, shoutbox, everything. 1 site ive seen they had it so you can switch between without needing to be an admin. And its user based so it picks up if you're logged in it will go to whatever you last left off as e.g.
attachment 2
As you can see theres 2 options im currently on classic and when i click columns it will do this
attachment 1
would be much more better than needing to have 2 different styles
I'm sorry, I will not release any update soon.
This request especially complicated since it require re-design the categories structure.
I might build it sometime, but if I will, it be paid version.

You don't have to redo all the changes you have done in the templates. You can just create sub-style under the main style.

its still too much effort. It doesnt give the other users the variety of changing through without needing to change style. its easier for them to have that option to have quick change through the different layout. Not everyone likes it

Well this is the only way I could think of with the current version.
As mentioned before, currently I don't continue the development of this mod any time soon.
