Hey everyone. I'm sure some of you have seen EzIRC and it's beta compatibility with 3.7.0, well this is the tested and completed version.
You can run all the same features of 3.6's EzIRC on this version.

as Henkou said ' i have the same problem
i wrote in hebrew : test ( בדיקה )
and saw it in the java chat
however in mirc it showed :
<MoD> 05d105d305d905e705d4
Sorry for delayed responses. Real life and school coming up is really annoying the crap outta me.
Jenkins: I've experimented with a IIS server (I now use Windows over Linux, but use a VPS) and noticed that you'll need to add the extension (.pixx) to IIS
More information: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326965
vmacedonia: I do not know. I haven't messed with the client that much.
Guys, I'm very sorry for the late responses on 1.0.7 and such, but I am now coding the 1.0.7 on a live board (hired for work) and hopefully will have it done soon. I have so many things going on in real life, not to mention I should catch up with reality.
Well it looks like you're partially right. I added the .pixx mime type set to applicate/octet-stream restarted the iis service, but the problem still occurred, I then read the KB article you included, it says to add a wildcard mime time for testing purposes only. I did that and it fixed he problem... so now my question is how can I tell which mime type it's trying to call for that isn't in the mime list?
i did not read all of the pages - but how to get rid of the flicker while having the chat activated?
if i click to the surrounding page, the "update flicker" stops.
Are you by chance running a mac? I have seen an update flicker issue on the most recent macbook, but have been unable to reproduce that on Windows Vista or XP. I haven't yet tried THIS mod, but I'm still using the old vbxirc mod which also uses Pjirc.
Maybe an issue with what version of the Java runtime the mac uses? Hmm.

got me
i`m using the chat, with a mac book pro. afte it happend to me, i told a friend to check. he confirmed flickering. so i made this posting.
today he told me, that he likes his mac so much. after 3 weeks of using it i won`t buy anthing else - bla bla.
so this flicker was confirmed by another mac user.
I have a slight path problem. When I click on the link from the forums, it loads up fine. But, when I click on the link from my CMPS (vBAdvanced 3.1.0), it gives this error:
Quote:
Warning: require_once(./global.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/*******/public_html/irc.php on line 27
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/*******/public_html/irc.php on line 27
Any thoughts on why this wont work when I click on it from my CMPS??
did i meantion, that the chat does not look very well?
anyone did some styling to show what i can get, if i invest some time?
is it true, that they stopped developing that pjirc in 2005?
hmmm.
are there any more eye-candy and active irc chat plugins?
