What does 'Marking As Installed' do ?

Can you please try disabling all other modifications, you may have a conflict somewhere.

I disabled all mods except this one and I still don't see anything. All it says is INBOX in the header. There's no box anywhere showing my notifications.

Are you sure you actually have any active notifications?

Yes my site currently says Notifications: 2 in the header.

When I activate your Mod, that changes to Inbox. There is nothing else that looks anything like your screenshots.

In that case I'll need an FTP and AdminCP account in order to diagnose this further.

Its giving a freaking notification everytime someone logs in

I dont even see the notification nor do I see how to delete it all i see is this
