You can modify this by editing the two plugins.

I even took the time to make you guys a noavatar.gif file

How would I add a conditional to this plugin for this:

If userfield is set to female: display this avatar, if userfield option set to male, use this avatar.

I'm having a little problem with it. Whenever I click on any user and view their profile the avatar comes up as a RED X.
What do I need to change?
