vBSlider: What is it?
vBSlider is a professional slider mod, allowing administrators to show the latest threads, articles, blogs, and custom-defined content in a jQuery based slider. vBSlider can be used on both the CMS and Forum, and is compatible with vBulletin 4.x Suite, vBulletin 4.x Forum Only, and vBulletin 3.x

Uses

vBSlider can be used on both the CMS and Forum to promote your latest content, as well as custom content, and can be separately configured for both the CMS and Forum.

What does 'Marking As Installed' do ?

* It helps you to stay on top of updates - members who have installed modifications will be notified by us whenever new updates are available.

General Settings

• Option to display version number in widget footer
• Option to not load jQuery, if it is already being called by another modification
• Option to select which version of jQuery to load

• Ability to define a link if you want to provide additional information in a separate location
• Ability to define a link to an image for the content item
• Option to pick the location inside the slider for the content
• Option to pick the text alignment of the content
• Option to enable/disable on the CMS [vB4.x only]
• Option to enable/disable on Forum Home

• Option to select the target location for the link to open in
• Option for 'banner-only', so if no text is in the message area, the content slider doesn't show
• All of the above options are definable for each custom content item

When I place it at forum home it causes a database error.

YEah, weird thing is when I disabled it, it started working. So I'm not gonna enable it anymore for fear of it not working again,

Everything works great for the slider cms version v1.0.7. I have a problem with version v.2.0.0, the slider in the cms disappears after a few minutes.

I have vbulletin 4.1.1.0 suite.

Can you post or PM me a link to your site? I can't recreate this. I've had my dev server running the slider for over 10 min now, and its still going.

I'd love to try to help you out, but if its not something I can recreate, then I don't know where I need to fix the code.

I must be doing something wrong. Slider seems to be set up correctly but all that shows are blank areas. I've messed a few times with the settings, add ALL forums just to try to get it to work, including VBcms.. nothing.. I'm sure it's not the program, just something I'm doing.
Thoughts?
Edit: Ok, the widget seem to work with custom option and blogs, and CMS articles. However the forum side doesn't seem to pull, even though I have CMS and FORUM setting the same..
