This is a simple display of who is currently chatting in FlashChat - on the forum homepage display.
The main features of the 3.6 version are basically the same as previous versions ;
1. It displays the list on Forum Home with the "Users online" display.
2. The list view is collapsable, so you see just the number.
3. Users who should display as coloured or bold etc are displayed correctly (based on the display usergroup)
4. If you 'hover' over a username it will show the room they are chatting in and their status (away etc).
5. If the chat is empty, a simple "no one is chatting" message is displayed.
6. The hack is phrased.
7. The ability to turn it on/off is in the ACP Options.
8. The ability to allow only certain usergroups to view the list is an ACP option (include or exclude groups).
9. The location of the flashchat folder is now an ACP option
10. The option to record and display the Most Ever chatters has been added (v4.46+).
(Options are located in vBulletin Options > Who Is Using Flashchat).
Unzip the XML and import into vB using the ACP Product Manager.
To upgrade from the 3.5 version you need to re-import the product with the overwrite option set to yes.
Note: This hack cannot display any bots in the chat, due to the strange way that flashchat stores this information.
Please also note that I have no connection with the Flashchat product - if you have questions about Flashchat functionality then their forums are located here.

It may have been included into the installation program of TUFaT's Flashchat.
Well I can assure you it didn't come from there, Tufat don't provide vb plugins.
I seem to recall giving someone permission to release a modified version of my hack that makes multiple database calls depending on where on the site you were, it's probably that. A quick search didn't find it - but I know it's around somewhere.

Per my email conversation with Darren at TUFaT. I was also asking about some issues I was having with my bots:

hi Mark,
Yes, the whos in the chat is part of flashchat, however some users on the tufat.com forum have created specialized versions of this integration.
Regarding the bots, there was an update (4.7.5) that allows the bots to work if the PHP open_basedir restriction is in effect. That may have been the case on your server.
You can find options in your ACP (Under All Settings - Forum Home Options) ... there you must give the right groupIDs who can view the chat-WOL.
Great plugin .. works like a charm ... TY **kiss**
Thanks....yea, took a look in there as well. The hack is enabled and the following groups can view it: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7. I even changed the groups to 0. The path location is correct. I have it in a subfolder of my forums (forums/chat)...so in the box I just have chat.
Ahhhhhh...... Official once again...I am an idiot!
Okay, there must have been another hack I added to make the Who's In Chat visible under the navbar on all pages. Darn.... Can't recall where I found that at either. That must have been the 1.01 version that I found on my plugins.
I'm so sorry.... I will continue searching where that other hack is at.
