Yes. - And uploaded to vb.org

Install directions:

-Completely uninstall the old .xml in product manager.
-Ensure livenotifications.css is reverted (you did not edit it before if installed)
-Install and overwrite new .xml

I installed this and everytime I scrolled down with my forum it was scrolling down the bar how do I make It solid like stay at the top?
