Quetions, help ASAP!

Alright a few questions;

I got a client for skinning VB, I have done IPB etc. I am just having a bit of trouble.

This is the skin.

Well these are my questions:

#1) How can I get rid of the log in box on the default vb template and replace all that with the rollover navigation, and where do I add thats navigation.

#2) How after i get the bg for the forum sections can I get the circular white that houses the description text. Where do I do this?

#3) For the navigation where and how do I add the circular part and the square section with the text all centered and where do I do this?

#4) where can I add the welcome text and only get it on the index page?
