The style and graphics are really simple designs (nice granted) but all the same simple and easily designed. I wouldn't condone copying the style but you could actually construct/design the style to make it your own and somewhat unique.
However, The logo on the otherhand is probably the most complex area of the whole style and the way I see it obviously needs to be designed but also sliced and rollover effects to be implemented. I guess what I'm saying is if vb.org didn't object to a simliar design being constructed I could possibly design it with it being sliced and rollover effects implemented and then add to to the graphic area.
That said, I would find it hard for them to agree (not that I would blame them) thus I wouldn't copy and post such a design unless they stated otherwise.

I don't understand what the big deal would be... as mentioned previously this style is basically generic with nothing really ground shaking in its design. Why wouldn't they want to help others and share it? :tired:

I did basically say that. Or atleast, I'm sure I did. The logo is the most complex graphic that makes this style (which I also said). I would assume the author would like to keep this unique to this site. I may be wrong, probably not.
Granted, the style isn't "ground shaking" in it's design, But it comes together nicely and the logo (imo) sets it off and brings it to another level.
