If your going to make Adult/NSFW homepages hidden, can I maybe suggest doing the same for all users homepages?
Even better! Have a checkbox next to the homepage field asking if there site contains any Adult/NSFW content to please click the check box. Then have another option in the users options to hide Adult/NSFW released sites when view there profile.
Or at the very least, a rule in place that requires adult site webmasters to note it in their sig/profile somehow. When someone asks for help on something I know the answer to, I tend to just click their site and look at the error.
I've added a new required field to the edit profile page now. By default it's set to 'no'. When it's set to 'yes' it will display a warning in that user's profile next to the homepage link.
If you find someone that links to such content without the warning, report it to a staff member and we will take care of it.

Woohoo! Boobies now for only those who don't wish to be smacked by their better half!
Thanks for taking my point seriously guys... it's much appreciated.
