Font size in posts versus forum/thread lists

Hi,

I've noticed that in the CSS, the <td>, <th>, <p>, <li> controls the font size of the forum and thread lists, and also the font size in actual posts.

Is it possible to specify a different font size for the post content? For example, I'd like the post content to default to 10pt, but this is too large for my forum for the front page and forum lists etc, so I'd like it to be 8pt in these places.

Can anybody help?
