agreed. this is one thing that i find really annoying. yes the right staff member might not be online at the moment of the thread being posted, but still, just report it and go and find something else to read and reply to. a thread with no replies gets more attention from staff IMO and so is picked up on quicker than the same thread with 15 replies all saying 'installed' or 'omg, wrong forum'.
