Here is a list of things:

The header is gigantic and obtrusive. No need for such a large banner. IT doesn't tell me what your board name is or what your board is about. Movies? LAte night with david letterman? cartoons?

The colors:

I can't see msot of the links. Try making things a little more nuetral.
