You can set that image as a user rank image for all usergroups then it will show in everyones postbit.

Yes. If you use it as all usergroups and change the min posts to 0 then it will show for everyone in their postbits and profile pages. If you want them to have a minimum number of posts before it shows up, then set the number of posts here too.
