Why I can't post paid request

I want to post paid request, but can't post it in service forum. Why?

Thanks for explenation.

I am unlicensed as I didn't buy licence yet. It doesn't make sense to buy it and then searching for somebody to transform our forum to vB.

As soon as I would find somebody apropriate for job (for payment of course), I will buy licence first. If I buy it now and then search somebody to do the job, I can wait long. It is not fresh installation it is import from xmb forum, and I don't want mess things up.
From vbulletin.com they direct me to here, to service forum, now I can't post in it.

well, you need the license, before anyone can do an import for you.

i think we can make an exception here, post your request into presales questions, mentioning an email addy, and i'll move that post to service request.
