Not sure what to title this.... but please HELP!

We'd like to make a new, usergroup I guess you would call it. This is how we want it.

New members who have 0 posts can not play in the arcade or post anywhere other then the introduction forum.

Once they get that 1 posts over & done with they can go anywhere with in our forum (except private & password protected forums of course). Is that possible? If so how do we do it?

We also have some private forums and right now they say private to everyone, unless we manually grant you access to them. Like we have to go through the member list to see if anyone new has 100 posts and then we have to allow them access to that user group. Is there any way to make it so that once a member hits 100 posts they are automatically granted access to that forum/usergroup with out the admin having to manually do it?

And last but not least, we would like to make it so that replies & threads made in our "gaming forum" do not count towards their post count, but only new members with less then 100 posts. I know how to make it so that posts in that forum don't count towards your post count for EVERYONE, but I'd like it to be that new member have to "work" for those 100 posts not just reply to a butt load of games to gain access to the above listed private forums. Is there a way to do this?

In Admin CP --> Usergroups --> Promotions. When you click "Add" you'll see the options you want there.

You can also create Usergroups with different permissions and customize forum permissions which will override all other Usergroup settings to suit your needs.
