admincp > vbulletin options > Forum Listings Display Options |

go to the admincp, then click on vbulletin options then scroll down to forum listings display options.
don't copy the values from the picture that's not what shows them. actually I could be completely wrong and in order to get the look you want you have to edit something else or use a hack. |
