The Time is being weird on my forum???

Here is how I have it set in my user CP.



and here is how it is setup in the admin CP



So where it says "automatically detect DST settings" where is that setting looking at??



OK I fixed it. What happened was, yesterday I was looking at my calander by clicking on the TIME on the windows taskbar. I ended up switching the date to APRIL by accident and since DST kicks in on April it caused my forum to get the wrong time settings.. MY BAD... Thanks for the help anyways
