But my friend used to use VbArticle as a news system a year ago, but then he went to the army now so the site is closed.
I still remember his members used to contribute around average 100 daily news/day which they collected from other sites.

yep, it would be of much help, if you could tell about what your news system should be capable of


a simple newsportal like for example vb.org uses has been released in a few ways

A news portal I too can benefit from. Plus, if possible, some type of intergration on how it displays. Example in this thread. Though, I'm not crazed about editing core .php files.
