Few questions: Editing email notification email, and setting ALL users on notificatio

Dear,

I did use the search, however, I could not locate it :-(

Anyway, my questions

1. Which file should I edit, to modify the notification email. When can I find this file? And what values should I remove to: remove the 'reply' in the email, and I also would like to remove the option to disable notification in this email

2. Users can now turn OFF notification by email. How can I make this impossible for them?

3. I switched from other board software, and for all current users notifications are set OFF. How can I set them all at once in the admin(or by editing some file) so ALL users have default notifications ON?

4. After one reply, the notifications are not emailed anymore. Can I set this to unlimited as well?
