I have held a licence since 2002 and I am still showing as unlicensed on here ... I Have changed my email address in the members area and have tried to change it to the same on here and it wont let me and I need to be able to download ...

I have sent a request via contact us and havent had a reply

Could somebody please sort this out

did you verify the link you got in your email when u changed it ?
and did u check the spam folder just incase ?

It says I am unlicenced at the top and I am .. why does it have to be so difficult when you are a licence holder ....

I changed my email address on here to correspond with the one that is in my licence member area and never recevied an auth link

go to your vbulletin.com account

enter your members area

SUPPORT SERVICES ---> Priority Support

Make sure you have the email you use here on there

Please follow these instructions. If you still have problems after that, contact support at vbulletin.com, they control the licensing system.

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive. The update of your account may take up to one hour.

On here do you have to have the owners email address or the contact email address?

This is hard work :ermm:

I have updated in the member area but I cannot change my email address on this User CP

I have now changed my email address on here to the owners email address that I have in the Members area

Is this correct?

If you just changed it, give it a few minutes (up to an hour) to update.

The email address in my User CP on here now matches the one that I have in my members area on vb.com and I have verified it

Dont be funny, thats what I have done and it hasnt worked but thanks for your helpful advice!
