Last post in wordpress blog in postbit

Basically I'm looking for something very similar to what digitalpoint have although it doesn't need to be with any blog software other than wordpress.

I want it to grab the title of the last post from any wordpress rss 2.0/xml feed and display it in the info on postbit and postbit_legacy.

i.e. under the username - Last Blog - Link to last post in blog

I'd also like to have it usergroup definable so only certain usergroups can use it.

there is 2 vb mods plugins here that work with a little bit of elbow grease

in a few mins once I got the rss stuff figured out.

I built a plugin using CarpRSS (will work with both free and paid versions) https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=91781

and another member wrote one using MagPie (open source) https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=93457

I followed my own instructions a few days ago and it only took me a couple of minutes. I also made an update on my own system that allows the last 5 entries to be displayed in the member profile that I'll post soon.

There haven't been any updates to my plugin in a long time as I got busy with work, but aside from adding the feeds to member profiles, I don't know that much is necessary.
