Apart from the many database errors I get ("server shutdown in progress" or "lost connection with mysql during query") and the occasional slowness it's quite good.
The nice thing with them is that when they update the package, they do it for old customers too. When I bought hosting from them I got 7,5GB space and 330GB monthly transfer and now I have 25,5GB and 510GB allowed monthly transfer
