change admin access
i want to change the admin access for one of my users, but for the life of me i cant do it, it tells me i have to change the userid in the config.php
but where is this can anyone help me cheers blair |

As long as your userid is specified as a superadmin in the config.php file then you can adjust other admins permissions. You don't want to be adding other userid's in there unless you really need to as doing this could possibly result in them changing your admin permissions. Usually your userid on your forums is 1 and in config.php this is set to be a superadmin by default. However, if your userid is not 1 then you will need to add it in config.php. All you need to do is open the config.php file in your favorite editor and locate the line that says about superadmins then add , x there (where x is your userid number).
