Awards System Settings I have been told is a hack that has been installed onto my forum, must have been by the other Admin.

Is this to place awards under usernames, if so how do we access this page to set awards?

Check your admincp, you should see a section for "Awards System"

If you don't go to your Plugin Manager -> Manage Products

And look at that list to see if you have any awards hacks installed there. Then do a search for that hack here on the forums.
