A "you get forum cash when you upload something" Hack

I have a forum that deals with using the hide hack. I wanted to be able to give a user a certain amount of forum cash when he posted this and I would like to be abe to regulate it into different forums on my board, ie : have it in avalible in one forum and not the other.

For example:

I want to share a image link, but I want to hide the link to it so that users have to post. For doing so, I get paid $10 forum bucks for doing so, and in return, the users that post spends $5 forum bucks to view the link.

Now is there a hack out there that has covered this yet?
