Supported DB Changes Uses Plugins Template Edits
Additional Files

Well, here's half of the uCS combination - a standalone release of uCash for vB 3.5.

uCash 1.1.1 for vBulletin 3.5 RC1 is out. This will only work on 3.5.0 RC1 or above. It now has 12 plugins and no file edits. See readme_ucash.txt in the attached file.

uCash 1.1.1 uses the Product Manager and includes a new feature that gives all the users of a usergroup (usergroup setting) x points every y amount of time (via cron).

Also included is a "Give Points In Mass" feature inside the uCash Manager. Screenshots of this have been shown at area51.geekydesigns.com, and it makes it into uCash 1.1.0. A screenshot of that feature is attached.

uCash 1.1.1 needs no file edits and 2 template edits. It uses 12 plugins.

Enjoy this release. Read readme.txt for instructions on installing. Click install if you install this hack.

Support will be given in the uCash & uShop support forum - just make sure you mention that you are using uCash 1.1.1 for vB 3.5.

If you are using vB 3.5 Beta 1 - 4 or are having trouble with 1.1.1, see post #3 for uCash 1.1.0.

(Psst, uShop will come soon.)

This is so annoying. The shop was supposed to come out in july (or june?) at the latest.

What in god's name is the holdup? My members are so annoyed. They have so many points it's not even funny...and nothing to use them with.

I agree. I had uCash installed for a while on 3.5X, but eventually had to remove it, when there was nothing they could do with their points... Now my members are all complaining about their points gone, and then complaining about not having the shop, since I told them it was anticipated to be released MONTHS ago.

This is a good mod but there is no ushop for it so it's kinda useless. I think i'ma just remove it to the shop comes out. Just giving members false hope for somethin that's not going to happen for a while.

I mean this isn't directed to you or any one else in this post but, geez the man has a life outside of the net.

Alot of us want this hack but, I'm sure he's not sitting with the finished hack just thinking "I have so much power *e-vile laughter*" He'll finish it ASAP. And we will all rejoice in the fact we waited for a great product.

if he's working on it I think he should drop us some messages, because waiting like this is somewhat nonesense.

Life outside the net or Not, this is business for most of us here, and when someone says they will be releasing something "soon enough" and doesn't keep their audience up to date for about 4 months, or continually ignores requests for approx. ETAs across multiple forums & threads, it starts to become that "e-vile laughter" that you are referring to, regardless of intent.

I'm not saying that it needs to be released now, nor am I demanding it. But a simple "Hey guys, we're still working on it, it is still going to be a while" will suffice. But as of yet, this hasn't happened anywhere. Not even in Area51.

Their dev board is still running RC2, which tends to indicate that it might be a dormant project, as RC2 was released quite a while ago. But again, I have no way of knowing either way, due to their silence in this regard.

So, I continue to wait like everyone else... and I'm sure cake and ice-cream will be had by all when it is released... I'm simply trying to get a message across to them that their silence about this matter isn't necessary.

No ill will toward anyone, just some simple suggestions.

If there were points in the bank through ushop and then you upgrade do those points come out or are they still in the bank?? If they are still there can someone write a script to pull them all out for all users?

I'm sure a donation would bring him back to the project.

If this is true I will gladly do it, but the problem is you can never be sure without his words.
