Which RSS Mod?

Hi,

I've been looking at RSS mods, but am unsure which one would do the job.

What I am after is providing a mod a single RSS URL.
Then each new headline that the RSS feed provides produces a single post in a specified forum.

Ideally I'd like the mod to be able to pass parameters so I can include or remove certain varaables the RSS feeds passes, like description or date.
(Or is this all built in with the external source part of vBulletin?)

How do you guys use RSS?
