Does anyone know where I could find a lot of arcade games?

I have been trying v3arcade every few days for weeks. It either 404's or takes 10 minutes to load the page and gives the "The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later." message.

Is there anywhere else besides here that has a somewhat complete list of games for the arcade?

They had server issues at one point but its all sorted now so it should work fine for you now.

v3arcade.com has about 150+ games you want, well unless you say those are not enough, hehehe
