My dev forum still has a lot of added code over many files, but this is mostly stuff I've added for de-bugging.

I use the same system for both;

1. Download new files
2. Compare old > New with Beyond Compare and copy across any of my updates (hacks).
3. Upload to server and upgrade.

The only difference is that in 3.5 I have much less updates to copy across as only two/three of my hacks involve code edits.
