ipaddress logging modifications from vb2

that would make it so the ipaddresses for team members (admin, supermods and mods) IP addresses would be inserted as 127.0.0.1 but all other usergroups log as it is now in the database in the post table.

the vb2 one is this:

but i can t make heads or tails outta this in vb3
