That's pretty weird, I take it you've added links to your navbar? The space between the links seems un-naturally big. You'll have to provide your navbar code if anyone is going to fix your problem.

well in the template i have installed it doesnt actually have a navbar.. the navbar is located in the header... so i installed the add a navbar hack to my forums so i can have a navbar i only have 6 links in the navbar

but heres the navbar that i have the popup menu on
