future project

Hello, I would like you to answer some questions I have for a future
project in my vbulletin forums. what would i need to achieve the
following:

-I would like to use some kind of "special counter" that gives the
users points per word written on a post. And this quantity of points
could be changed in admincp, for example, 5 words = 1 point. This
special counter should appear on postbit_legacy.
The points keep adding everytime the user posts, I also want to be
hable to take points away from the user admincp to punish users that
misbehave or break the rules (I recall reading about a money hack for
phpbb forums that works in a similar way).

-The second thing, I want to have an option in the users admincp to
add a particular image to the user that only the admin can assign,
this image should appear somewhere on the postbit_legacy. For example,
I assign a image to the user "Jack" and the i go to any of Jack's
posts and see the image on the postbit_legacy.

If someone can point me in the right direction in how to do this i'll
be thankful.
