im having problems installing this mod on ver 3.07

is there any differences in the install to what is posted in this thread?

i think ive done everything right but it just doesnt display any flags :disappointed:

andy, I will be creating my own country flag hack pretty soon. I am not sure when it'll be released but the only thing I can say is... soon.
