Tracking inactive users

i am thinking of writing a sql query to select all inactive users for more then 60 days and then i need to post it into a thread

is there a way i can do this on a back end...so that my query outputs results into a table which will be a visible thread?

This would be a sweet addon....or any other ways of doing this would help too
