The Admin Notes in vBulletin can only be seen by the administrator that enters them, kind of like a personal notepad. Now this to me (and a few others) seems like a bit of a waste, so this uses a workaround with the current database layout to make the Admin Notes global, ie. ALL administrators share the same Admin Notes.
Useful for ordering your other admins around outside of the public eye..

I thought the Admin notes could be seen by the other Admins. No wonder nobody answered me when I left a note in there for them. Good idea.
Could this be made where only the top Admin could delete any notes?
