Hmmm... does anybody actually really read terms and conditions / rules? Or just click the accept checkbox / button...
While the original thing was funny (Where marco didn't realise the arrow/death smilie that is on vbulletin.org) - oh how i laughed - i think this thread has gone a lil trivial.

An animated smilie depicting suicide I wouldn't say was unsuitable for minors (Unless there was a huge amount of realism - smilies aren't real)

The original issue was a critiscism of the over-the-top censorship.
