Need to track the Time & Actions

of a specific user group while they are online.

Reason for this is my employee's us my forum in order to see new articles of communication, communicate with customers, and things of that nature.

However we do limit the ammount of time they stay on the forum while they are at work. So I want to be able to compare their Online time spent and their actions against their Employee time cards.

I'd like something like this as well, and am searching for one.

I'm looking to track individual users. I don't know how muc is possible, but if it can track search queries, what they clicked on, virtually everything, that would, I think, be an extremely powerful tool!
