the whole message I'm receiving is:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare islicensed() in /www/vbulletin.org/htdocs/forum/includes/wd_functions.php on line 120

I am licensed and have been for a long time now! I've been downloading hacks and stuff for quite a while.... must be a script problem
