You can do that using vBadvanced CMPS by adding a template and setting it to be the custom template for the whole page.
Just put your rules in that template and it'll show up as a static page with your forum's formatting and navbar, etc. Another way is simply to create a php file with the css and header information added to the top and add your static html in that which will contain your rules. Either way, you'll have to add a link to that page to the navbar like they did here. - Sid |
