Remove category header when..

the category is of private invisible forums, to the public.
For instance say you have a board with several categories and one category called private, and only moderators have access to the forums under that category, and all other members can't even see the forums because you made them invisible.
I think that if a category contains only invisible forums, the category header should also be invisible to other members.
Any ideas on that?

Remember, categories don't exist.

Just move the permissions from the forums to the "category".
