Looking for someone to help fix resolutions issues in a vBulletin skin

The skin looks best at 1024x768, but even then it still has some issues especially when you go deeper into the site (click a view of the links on the header)

I want this skin to work at all resolutions in the sense that the main area is center and the rest is just the backround image. Everything needs to line up perfectly in all resolutions. It doesn't need to be fluid in the sense that it expands to fit the resolutions, just that it lines up nicely.
