IPB Template to vBulletin Template?

I currently have a template for IPB called Medieval Magic, I am changing over to vbulletin, already purchased the license and gonna start on it today, I wish to know if anyone can take this template and make it usable by vbulletin for free. Sorry I can't offer any money but if someone wants to make an offer and its reasonable, I'll have to see about it because christmas time means no money to spare. The license was my xmas present from my wife, anyways, I have attached the zip file of Medieval Magic. Please anyone, I really like this template and would love to use it on vbulletin. Yes I know about Fargoth but can't pay to receive the style.

What version IPB is it for and what version vB are you running?

it is for IPB 1.3.1 Final and I am running, since I just got the license, vBulletin 3.0.3

I'm going to have a look at it. I'm just reinstalling IPB 1.3.1 on one of my test servers then I can import the style and see how phesable it is.

I can't get my 1.3.1 to install something about an error in the SQL syntax where I set the table prefix so I'm not going to be able to look into it any further for you. Sorry.
