I am looking for a way to forbid duplicate URL posting. If a URL exists, i'd like to warn the user and link to the thread that currently contains the link so they could "bump" it.

Does such a mod exist? If not, is anyone up to the challenge?

I believe this has already been done over at Vbulletin.org...but I could be wrong
