WAY too many forums for 39 members. You need to condense your forum list to about 10-12 forums, and expand when you get more members. A large forum count will just deter new members away.

As for your style, it's nice. I like your banner, but nothing else about the style is exciting. You could mess around with the templates somewhat more to change the appearance of tables and such.
